By now, most of us are aware of the stunning, heartbreaking, and profoundly disturbing news of the leaked draft U.S. Supreme Court majority opinionin Dobbs v. Jackson Women's Health Organization. The draft opinion, written by Supreme Court Justice Samuel Alito, would overturn the 1973 Roe v. Wade decision that guaranteed federal constitutional abortion protections.
