They’ll explore the creative process behind Rachel’s new album After the Light and discuss how music can help us connect with our emotions and our shared humanity.

In dark times, how can we use music as a tool to come together to express our despair, as well as our hope? Can we make space for our dread and grief, our numbness and our rage, while reminding ourselves of our connection to our own power, and the wild joy of existence that is possible when we allow ourselves to truly see and be seen?
